Great People

It’s been a fun and crazy year filled with highs and lows. I recently had to make a hard business choice and let two of my guys go unless things turn around. With a smaller staff we’ll be “a okay”, but it’s still hard to let family go… it’s what I consider every employee…. they put their faith in me and the company… We had many proposals out and try as I might… I couldn’t hold on any longer.

I’m honored that they would stand by me and the company even knowing that they may be let go…. I am always honest with those close and everyone who works with I consider family. My brothers. Doesn’t make it easy knowing I failed them given my best efforts.

Office Space for Advertising Agencies…. it takes time.

As with all things great… creating an office space that reflects your creative endeavors takes time. We here at 92 West are proud that bit-by-bit our space is becoming more and more like the home that we want it to be. After a late night of working, Jamie and I took some quick shots of the office and wanted to share. Unfortunately our lovely Shonna and cowboy Tom were not available… it’s like they want time off or something... :)
